Адвокат, литигейтор. Девять лет судебно-ориентированной практики по гражданским, арбитражным, административным и уголовным делам, включая подачу жалоб в Конституционный суд РФ, обеспечение исполнения решений и т.д.

Here is a short list of my practice:

  • Provided disaffirmation of a cort decision made in favour of the Ministery of Internal Affairs, at Moscow State Court.
  • Provided disaffirmation of a cort order for expertise, representing "Amway" corporation, USA, at Moscow State Court.
  • Won a suite against insurance company that refused to repair a car.
  • Won a trial against city police concerning fraud for $ 990 000.
  • Won a suit for $200 000 representing parliamentary deputy.
  • Represented in a trial a Cyprus shipment company regarding a sea claim.
  • Contested tax authority decisions - won four refund VAT suits.
  • Represented a client against deceived investors - advocated in proceedings (about 100 cases). As a result: cancellation of the judgment in cassation that allowed for a signing of a new building investment contract.
  • Pre-trial settlement of accounts with LLC "Metro cash & carry" for contract work.
  • Mounted a suit against "Strabag" CJS that helped to agree to a compromise.
  • Protected a client's interest in the Internet.
  • Pre-trial settlement of accounts with LLC "Metro cash & carry" for contract work.
  • Conducted two labor cases: the former was terminated; the latter was appealed from the dismissal and won.
  • Protected business reputation and intellectual property.
  • Сriminal trial: made statements for institution of prosecution; appeared for the victim and for the defendant; in case of need appealed from a decision of the trial court.
  • Solved tax, joint-stock and other issues and represented them in legal letters for Board of directors of a large machine-building plant.
  • Provided legal support for the auction of printing machines supply contract for the Ministry of Defense. Negotiated for the solution of conflicts of interests.
  • Family matters: advocated in division of property; enforced child support.
  • Tax issues: disputed tax authorities' decrees; prepared legal memorandums for tax collection; protected from execution against money funds
  • Recovered money from bankrupt legal entity.
  • Protected human rights with all the legal remedies (civil – pretrial and trial, administrative – wrote letters to authorities' departments, criminal – made statements for institution of prosecutions etc.)
  • Protected human rights notwithstanding pressing of authorities.

In addition to that:

  • Wrote due diligence reports in English. Provided registration of foreign firms' branches in Russia.
  • Created bilingual agreements (investment, sale of rights, exclusive contract between promoter and designer and other agreements).
  • Analyzed investment projects (building of large block of flats) for presence of legal risks, wrote legal memorandums.
  • Sold Cyprus companies to clients, helped in obtaining bank accounts.
  • Analyzed preliminary real estate sale and purchase contract.
  • Analyzed tax consequences for a French citizen working in Russia.
  • Analyzed metal goods supply contracts and improved it according to standard practice. Participated in public auction of a bankrupt bank’s real property.
  • Registered legal entities and its branches. Registered emissions of shares.
  • Contract work: analyzed existing and drafted new contracts for car technical service, contraction, petrol supply, concession, consulting services, wheat wholesale purchase etc.
  • 2007, 2009: Acted as a judge in Russian National Championship for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition
  • 2006-2008: LL.M. (Master of laws) - at Pericles: American Business and Legal Education Project;
