This holding creates precedent for breaches of insurance companies.

In many cases insurance companies refuse to pay insurance indemnity if the car is beaten or has scratches from its different sides.

They say that there was not one car accident, but few of them. Further they follow doubtful logic that in such a way they have to pay for only one scratch to be chosen by the client.

But this logic is completely erroneous and illegal. I proved it in this case.
